Much like its older and more sophisticated brother the Vox Ac30 the Ac15 packs a nice punch as well. The Vox AC15 has a fantastic tone similar to the Ac30 but with only one speaker. You will have all the great features and tone, but it will come in a much smaller compact size.

I think of the Vox Ac15 as a little practice amp that can do all the same tricks the Vox AC30 can do. I don't find the AC30 to be very difficult to carry around so this wouldn't be a reason that I would ever buy an AC15. I wouldn't need to lighten my load, but I find that Ac15 is a more suitable backup amp or recording amp. Since many studio have limited room I think the Ac15 would accompany that type of situation quite well. This is just my personal opinion and doesn't reflect anything from Vox. I just think the Ac30 is the perfect pop and mild rock amp in the world and cutting the speaker and output in half is kind of pointless.

UTILIZATION

The Vox Ac15 is a smaller but equally tonal bliss as the AC30. The operation is the same as the top boost Ac30. You basically just have half the wattage and one less speaker. The amp still sounds better with an alnico blue or silver speaker. The greenback while a great speaker doesn't compliment the tone of the Vox amps as well as the alnicos. The cut knob on these amps are very interesting an if you aren't used to them they do take some figuring out.

SOUNDS

The Vox AC15 sounds just as good as the Ac30. The benefits you have is cranking the thing up to get distortion is a little easier since it is half the wattage. It is smaller and portable which fits nicely in small spaces.

So if you have ever heard the Ac30 then you will know what the Ac15 sounds like. Everything you would do with the Ac30 you would do with this amp. Same guitars, same effects and distortion pedals, and pretty much the same type of music. It accepts pedals very well and sounds great cranked up!

OVERALL OPINION

I'm more of an Ac30 guy so I would never buy an Ac15. The quality and features are all the same. You just get a smaller cabinet and one less speaker. Well you get two less power tubes as well

I would recommend this amp to anyone who needs a smaller version of the Vox Ac30. Vox unfortunately do not make the AC15 TB anymore. You will have to locate one on the used market. I have seen them occasionally on the classifieds and on evilbay from time to time.

Tout comme son frère plus âgé et plus sophistiqué de l'AC30 de Vox AC15 l'emballe un poinçon bien aussi. L'AC15 Vox a un ton fantastique semblable à l'AC30 mais avec un seul haut-parleur. Vous aurez toutes les fonctionnalités et le ton, mais ça va venir dans un format beaucoup plus petit compact.

Je pense que le Vox AC15 comme un ampli peu de pratique qui peut faire tout les mêmes trucs Vox AC30 l'peuvent faire. Je ne trouve pas l'AC30 à être très difficile à transporter donc ce ne serait pas une raison que je pourrais jamais acheter un AC15. Je n'aurais pas besoin d'alléger ma charge, mais je trouve que AC15 est un ampli supplémentaire plus pertinente ou à un ampli d'enregistrement. Depuis plusieurs studios ont salle de limiter Je pense que les AC15 accompagneraient ce type de situation assez bien. C'est juste mon opinion personnelle et ne reflète pas quelque chose de Vox. Je pense juste que l'AC30 est la pop parfaite et ampli de roche douce dans le monde et la coupe du haut-parleur et la sortie dans la moitié est en quelque sorte inutile.

UTILISATION

Le Vox AC15 est un bonheur plus petits mais tout aussi sonore que l'AC30. Le fonctionnement est le même que l'AC30 Top Boost. Vous avez fondamentalement juste la moitié de la puissance en watts et un de moins haut-parleur. L'ampli sonne encore mieux avec un blue alnico ou haut-parleur argent. Le billet vert tandis qu'un grand orateur ne complimentez pas le ton de l'ampère Vox ainsi que les alnicos. Le bouton de coupure sur ces amplis sont très intéressants une si vous n'êtes pas habitué à eux, ils prennent une certaine Déterminer.

SONORITÉS

Le Vox AC15 sonne juste aussi bon que l'AC30. Les avantages que vous avez est la chose la manivelle pour obtenir jusqu'à la distorsion est un peu plus facile car il est la moitié de la puissance. Il est plus petit et portable qui s'intègre parfaitement dans les petits espaces.

Donc si vous avez déjà entendu l'AC30, alors vous saurez ce que l'AC15 sonne comme. Tout ce que vous feriez avec l'AC30 vous le feriez avec cet ampli. Même les guitares, les mêmes effets et pédales de distorsion, et à peu près le même type de musique. Il accepte très bien les pédales et les sons très coudés!

Je suis plus un gars AC30 donc je n'achèterais jamais une AC15. La qualité et les fonctionnalités sont tout de même. Vous obtenez juste une petite armoire et un de moins haut-parleur. Eh bien, vous obtenez deux tubes moins de puissance ainsi

Je recommanderais cet ampli à toute personne qui a besoin d'une version plus petite du Vox AC30. Vox ne font malheureusement pas l'AC15 TB plus. Vous devrez localiser un sur le marché de l'occasion. Je les ai vus parfois sur des annonces et sur evilbay de temps en temps.
