OPERATION

• LEFT-LAT/RIGHT-VERT input trim: this knob sets the input level from -24dB to +24dB, and is used to control the signal level inside the compressors and the preamplifier, the output level is than automatically compensated by the same amount of gain. At the first execution of the plug-in, input is set to ensure that you feed an appropriate level from the first stage of your signal path to the final one.
• LEFT-LAT/RIGHT-VERT output gain: this knob sets the make-up gain of the compressor.
• LEFT-LAT/RIGHT-VERT threshold: this knob sets the threshold of the compressor.
• LEFT-LAT/RIGHT-VERT time constant: this knobs sets both attack and release with the last two position (5 - 6) that are Dual-Capacitor program dependent.
• IN/GR/OUT: select whether the input, output or gain reduction is visualized by the meter.
• LEFT RIGHT/LAT VERT: select the operational mode of Ultramarine, Stereo compressor or Mid(Lat)/Side(Vert) compression.
• LEFT-LAT/RIGHT-VERT VU METER measure the input, output or gain reduction levels of the plug-in.
• C-LINK: link the control of the two channels Left/Right or Mid/Side, the channels are compressed individually but you can control both side using one of the couple of specular knobs.
• PRE BUTTON: the power button enables (lamp ON) or bypasses (lamp OFF) the preamp stage of Ultramarine
• SC-FILTER: another innovative feature that also exponentially increases the versatility of this compressor is the continuosly variable (not just a fixed On-Off button) Side-chain filter. 
  In this way you may use a standard HP filtering to increase or decrease the bass content that hits the compressor. It can be a huge time-saver and provides many ways to quickly try some creative approaches to the music you are working with.
• DRY/WET control: to determine the proportion of mix between the original (dry) and 'effected' (wet) signals. Here you'll find it as a very powerful feature, and very simple to use, as well.
