À la suite de problèmes de droits avec les studios MGM, JHS a rebaptisé sa pédale Pink Panther Delay V2 en Lucky Cat Delay. Il s'agit exactement de la même machine.

Ratio Subdivisions: 4 (1/4, dotted 1/8, 1/8, Triplets)
Control: Time, Mix, Ratio, Repeats, Dark (Tone)
Switch: 3-way toggle on the top (Mod1/Off/Mod2), Slide on the left side (Digital/Tape)
Footswitches: On/Off, Tap Tempo
Connectors: Top Mounted Input/Output Jacks, External Tap Tempo Jack, Power
Power: 9V DC, negative center
