« Très bien accueilli et conseillé »

I was looking to buy an AER amplifier. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed any help. The staff was very helpful: they explained to me the pros and cons of two different AER products, and they seemed very knowledgable; they also pointed out that I could go instead with a Marshall amp, for a lot less money (though not quite as good a sound).
I was able to try the AER amplifier of my choice with one of their electro-acoustic guitars, and I appreciated that they did not yell at me when I accidentally bumped the guitar against a hard surface (there was no damage, but still – what a clutz I am!) They were willing to put the amp aside until the afternoon, when I was able to return to the shop to finalize my decision.
To sum up, I had a very good experience at Le Cactus Music, and I will definitely go back in the future.
