Salut,

C'est moi où y'a pas moyen de faire de sidechain avec Pro-C et Cubase.
Dommage ce compresseur est vraiment pas mal.

Bon je me suis finalement décidé à lire le manuel...

With Steinberg Cubase, do the following to use an external side chain input:
1. Create a Group Channel track with Quadro configuration (in the More...
menu).
2. Open the VST Connections window. In the Group/FX tab, locate the group
bus you just created and right-click it to create child buses for the Stereo
and Stereo (Ls Rs) parts.
3. In the Mixer, insert FabFilter Pro-C (SC) in the group channel track.
4. You can now route the input audio signal track to the Stereo child bus. The
side chain track must be routed to the Stereo (Ls Rs) child bus. (The routing
settings are found at the top of each channel.)
5. Use Pro-C's Audition feature to confirm that everything is routed as you
want it.

Un peu galère apparemment mais bon...à tester.

Merci Ip2x pour cette info! Moi qui cherchait justemment comment faire.  bravo

La manip n'est pas tellement pratique c'est vraie, d'ailleurs vivement que chez Steinberg ils s'adaptent un peu mieux au sidechain ! Mais enfin bon ca marche c'est le principal.

 

Et comment que ca marche, ce plug est vraiment très bon!!!

icon_mdr.gif Il erait surtout bon de mettre vos versions a jours, le sidechain inclus dans cubase depuis cubase 5 donc si vous voulez utiliser le sidechain avec plus de facilité je vous conseil un upgrade.

Sinon je vous conseil d'utiliser les automation de volume, c'est moins fastidieu que la technique de la piste quadro.
