bonjour à tous,

J'ai récupéré un DX7 en super état, mais il présente quelques bugs, notamment le slider DATA qui semble mort. Du coup je ne peux pas accéder à certains paramètres genre le Master Tune... En plus en faisant le Test Mode, qui donne bien une absence de réponse du slider (que j'ai du coup commandé) on note une batterie à 4,9 V ??? Comme je l'ai ouvert pour changer le LCD par un LCD rétroéclairé, j'ai remarqué qu'il y a un fil qui part de la carte mère ?? du coup je me demande si ce n'est pas un reliquat d'une installation de carte style SUPERMAX qui ferait bugger le synthé ???

Je poste une photo si ça peut éclairer quelqu'un...

Also pardon my French. That trace on the bottom of the board was cut deliberately. No idea why, without knowing which trace it is.

That SuperMAX look like a bad clone. The headers are the large square type which are not idea for the receiving sockets. As for the capacitor, you can just bend it over a little to make the board fit. In fact you could either remove it or replace it with a modern 0.1uF capacitor if you wish.

I think it was cut by accident, since the wire follow the same path.
And yes the Max clone is difficult to insert, hope i havent widened the slots if i decide to go back :/

Hello Grant, I just sent an email to MTG, I made the connection after that :facepalm::mrg:
I think I will replace my Max for one of yours.
